By registering for our BNC Shows you can indicate your interest in our other events and networking club, The Buyers’ Networking Club Ltd. By doing so, these events on offer and services provided may be beneficial to you and your organisation and we will keep your personal data from your registration form to contact you.

We will only contact you for the events you show interest in. By registering for our BNC Shows we will keep your personal data provided up to date by contacting you with important information on the events you want to attend and services you require. We may also ask for the contact details of other individuals within your organisation, such as your event colleagues or booking contact. We will only ever use pictures and videos for marketing purposes on our websites, social media sites and in marketing materials. If you do not wish to be included in pictures and videos you must make us aware prior to and onsite at our BNC Events. We will do our best to exclude you from pictures and videos if you do not want these to be published post event.

We will never directly provide Exhibitors, Sponsors, Speakers and other third parties your data at our BNC Shows unless instructed otherwise. We only provide your data to our registration, lead generation/ capture and badging suppliers. The Exhibitors, Sponsors, and other third parties you meet at our event/s will ask you to scan your badge or swap contact information which provides them with your personal data. The Exhibitors, Sponsors, Speakers and other third parties will then be able to contact you for marketing and selling purposes.

We reserve the right to retain your personal data when registering your details on and using our Site. We will retain your data to check back historically where you originally registered from and we will be able to contact you using this data to verify you are still working in the events industry. Only if you have left your current organisation will we use it to check back and confirm your new personal data i.e. if you have a new organisational role or unless you notify us otherwise. We also retain your personal data for research purposes to see if another person has taken over your previous position. Retaining your personal data is also required if we receive notification to stop processing your personal data so we can exclude you in future direct marketing.

We may use your personal data to contact suppliers you have mentioned when signing up to our BNC events. We will never sell your data only send or say your name, title and company when making contact with third party suppliers.

We can provide you with all personal data we hold on request in accordance with your rights. When applicable you have the right to withdraw consent to us keeping your personal data at any time. You have the right to register a complaint to management of The BNC Event Shows Ltd and with a supervisory authority at any time.

Failing to provide personal data required for our events may affect us processing your information and not being able to register or accept attendance at our BNC Event Shows and associated events. Each registration on our site is carefully considered and a final decision is made by the Directors of the BNC Event Shows Ltd.

We keep all personal data if we do not allow you to attend our BNC Event Shows and BNC events so we can check back why your registration was not accepted. We also keep your personal data for all unsubscribes so we will not contact you for future marketing purposes.
